Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing, accessing, or using RecallHub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by EscrowHubs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a Washington limited liability company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What RecallHub Does

RecallHub is a personal memory tool that captures, indexes, and makes searchable your AI conversations across services including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and others. Captures are stored locally on your device (Pro Local) or in your personal cloud account (Pro Cloud). We do not access, read, sell, or share your captured content.

3. License

Pro Local (one-time purchase): We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the RecallHub desktop application on up to two (2) machines. This license is personal and may not be resold or sublicensed.

Pro Cloud (monthly subscription): We grant you a non-exclusive license to access and use the RecallHub cloud service for the duration of your active subscription. Access terminates when the subscription ends or is cancelled.

4. Your Content

You own all content captured by RecallHub. We do not claim ownership of your conversations, notes, or data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and store content from the services you use RecallHub with.

5. Payment and Refunds

Pro Local: One-time payment. We offer a 14-day refund if the product does not work as described on your system. Contact [email protected] with your order details.

Pro Cloud: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use RecallHub to capture content in violation of any third-party terms of service, to store illegal content, or to reverse-engineer or redistribute the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captured content will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EscrowHubs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify active users by email and post the updated Terms at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
